This dish is super easy and seems so elegant! It's sure to wow all your family or guests!

Ingredients
2 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 (16oz.) Package Penne Pasta
4 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast Halves
3 Egg Whites, lightly beaten
32 oz. Alfredo Sauce (I use my own recipe, Alfredo Sauce Never Buy a Jar Again)
2 (14.5oz.) Cans Italian-Style Diced Tomatoes
1 8oz Can Tomato Sauce
ΒΌ t. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (more or less to taste)
1 8oz. Package Fresh Mushrooms (optional)
1 8oz. Package Fresh Spinach
1 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
