A light & healthy pasta dinner with a roasted red pepper sauce and turkey sausage

3 red, orange or yellow peppers
1 lb. mild or hot Italian turkey sausage
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup Marsala
1 (14.5oz can) fire roasted diced tomatoes
½ tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. Italian or Pizza Seasonings
2 tbsp. light cream cheese
8 oz. whole wheat or multi-grain penne pasta (I used Barilla Plus)
1 lb. mild or hot Italian turkey sausage

Put one of the oven racks on the 2nd to highest level. Preheat broiler.
Wash peppers and place onto a baking sheet.
