These are a quick, easy, yummy supper or appetizer!

1 loaf bread dough, room temperature
2 tablespoons oil, divided
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 envelope ranch salad dressing
1 package pepperoni slices, quartered
Roll dough to 1/2" thickness. Brush with 1 tablespoon oil and cut into 1 inch pieces. Place in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients, including last tablespoon of oil. Toss to coat. Arrange pieces in an oval on a greased baking sheet, try not to layer the pieces, keep them on one level. Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Cover with foil if bread becomes too brown during baking. Serve immediately.
