Perfect Pancakes are quick and simple. All the basic ingredients of a delicious homemade pancakes but uses applesauce instead of oil and a pinch of lemon juice. Feel free to add in freshly chopped strawberries, chocolate chips or anything else you please. Top pancakes with your favorite maple syrup.

1.5 cups milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
