A deliciously moist & aromatic cake perfect during Passover (substitute Kosher confectionary sugar and matzo meal for the almond flour). For a traditional Persian dessert, add a hint of rose water. This cake is delicious with a hot Persian Tea (Chai) or Turkish coffee.
