Pesto Paneer

paneer (or Mexican queso or tofu!)
4-5 whole dry red chillies, broken into 2
1 in. piece of ginger
6 black peppercorns
6 cloves
1 T. cinnamon powder
salt to taste
2 T. lemon juice
oil, to deep fry, if desired (or if you don't buy the already fried paneer)

1. Cut paneer into thick slices. Grind red chillies, ginger, peppercorns, cloves and cinnamon power to a fine paste. Add salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Coat paneer. Marinate 15 min. 2. Deep fry paneer....
