I have been following our emeals clean eating meal plan for about two months, and I still love it as much as when I first started. One of my favorites “recipes” is this Pesto Salmon with Feta cheese. I say “recipe” because, really, it hardly constitutes as one. However, I make it every week because (1) it’s delicious and (2) making this salmon doesn’t get any easier. I usually make a citrus salmon, but this flavor combo has quickly taken over. I also started thinking, how easy would this be for

1 Filet of salmon

1/2 cup Pesto, prepared or homemade

1/2 cup Feta cheese

to taste Pepper *I don’t add salt because there is likely enough in the pesto and the feta has some too.
