Rich & creamy petit fours. Thin Layers of baked honey flavored pastry are filled with pudding filling, jam and finished off with a chocolate.

For the Pastry
400g (15.8oz) Plain Flour
150g (5.3oz) Caster Sugar
80g (2.8oz) Unsalted Butter
4 Tablespoons Milk
2 Tablespoons Honey
1 Medium Egg
½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
For the Filling
A Jar of Jam of your choice (thick if possible)
500ml (17fl oz) Vanilla Pudding, at room temperature
180g (6.4oz) Icing Sugar
250g (8.8oz) Unsalted Butter, soften
For the chocolate glaze
100g (3.5oz) Chocolate
180ml (6.4fl oz) Whipping Cream
