I’m sure I got this recipe from somewhere but can not remember where. I can’t come up with something this good all by myself.

3 tablespoons vegetable oil divided
3 tablespoons butter divided
3 large white onions peeled, halved, thinly sliced
1 medium red bell pepper thinly sliced in 1" strips
2 pounds flank steak
1 tablespoon flour all purpose
2 cups milk warm
10 ounces provolone cheese shredded
salt & pepper to taste
4 soft hoagie rolls split 3/4 open
3 tablespoons butter divided
3 large white onions peeled, halved, thinly sliced
1 medium red bell pepper thinly sliced in 1" strips
2 pounds flank steak
1 tablespoon flour all purpose
2 cups milk warm
10 ounces provolone cheese shredded
salt & pepper to taste
4 soft hoagie rolls split 3/4 open
Place steak in freezer for 30 to 45 minutes to make it easier to slice thin.
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons oil in a large saute pan over medium heat.
