Pho Beef Soup

Recently a new place opened in our town that serves Pho soup. I had never tried it before, but once I had it I was in LOVE. Basically it is a very yummy broth with whatever vegetables you want, some protein (like beef or chicken) added, and rice noodles. I decided I had to try and make it at home, so I googled it. The secret is in the broth, this is like the broth of champions people. The broth is made with beef bones that are simmered for hours and hours. For me…..that wasn’t gonna work. I want

Heat your broth to a rolling boil. It will need to be very hot to cook the meat.
