In the oven now, took less than 10 minutes to prepare

6
1 24oz Jar Picante Sauce
1 cup water
1 1/2 cups white rice (again your preference)
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
6 Boneless chicken Breasts
paprika to taste
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or whatever kind you like)
Stir the picante sauce, water, corn and rice in a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Top with the chicken. Sprinkle the chicken with the paprika. Cover the baking dish. 2. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender. Sprinkle with the cheese. 3. If you don't have Cheddar cheese on hand, you can substitute an equal amount of shredded Monterey Jack or a Mexican cheese blend.
