Pie with mushrooms

We make it with lots of butter, dill, onion and garlic.

1 package phyllo dough
1 kg large mushrooms
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
200g sour cream
150 g butter
1 bunch dill
1 egg spreads
1 tbsp flour
salt and pepper to taste
sesame seeds for sprinkling
Nigel for sprinkling
1. Peel mushrooms, crushed together with Panchetata and crushed in a blender. 2. Fry in 50 g of butter until golden and reduce its volume. 3. With 20 grams of butter fry onion and garlic, chopped. They add the flour and fry until golden. 4. Pour a 1/2 cup of warm water. Mix, add salt, added to the cream, and is pulled from the fire. 5. Pour mushrooms in cream sauce, mix, seasoned with pepper and dill patter. 6. Round ceramic form is coated with the remaining part of the oil previously melted.
