A hearty, tropical version of banana bread! So much flavor!

1/4 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 light brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
6 ounces plain Greek yogurt
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/3 cup crushed pineapple, plus juice
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

For the cream cheese icing
1/4 cup butter, room temperature
4 tablespoons cream cheese, room temperature
1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of milk
