Pineapple Ginger Pork Chops

Juicy, flavorful pork chops perfect for grilling. Great as a freeze-ahead meal too!

0.75 cups pineapple juice
1 Tablespoon minced fresh ginger
0.25 cups soy sauce
0.25 cups canola oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
6 thick-cut boneless pork chops
1. Whisk together all ingredients except pork chops for the marinade, until combined. 2. Reserve 1/4 of marinade and set aside. 3. Place chops in a large zip-top bag and pour remaining marinade over it. Seal and marinate at least 3 hours or overnight. 4. Grill 5-10 minutes each side, or until cooked through. Brush on reserved marinade in the last 2-3 minutes of grilling.
