No Fuss Pineapple Sponge Cake

5-6 slices fresh pineapple
100g/3.5oz flour
100g3.5oz sugar
200g/7oz butter melted
2 eggs
1/2tbsp baking powder
1/4tsp bicarbonate of soda
butter for greasing
sugar for dusting
