8
1 Cup Old Fashion Oats, uncooked
1/2 package Pistachio Pudding Mix
1/4 cup Pistachio's, roughly chopped
1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
3 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (I prefer Muscle Milk)
1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Almond Milk
2 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seed (optional)
1/2 package Pistachio Pudding Mix
1/4 cup Pistachio's, roughly chopped
1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
3 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (I prefer Muscle Milk)
1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Almond Milk
2 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seed (optional)
Combine all dry ingredients together, mix well.
Combine yogurt and almond milk, then add to dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Mixture should be just wet enough to roll into balls without sticking too much.
Roll mixture using hands into 1.5 inch wide balls and set in coverable container.
Keep covered in fridge.
Makes about 15 balls
