Simple and fun weeknight meal, or great for parties!

1 can flaky layers biscuits
1 jar marinara or pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Your favorite pizza toppings, such as: Italian sausage, pepperoni, veggies, etc.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Place one biscuit in each spot in muffin tin. Press down in center to form cups. Pour a spoonful of sauce in each biscuit, then...
