Pizza Naan Bread

Love pizza then you will love this quick and easy recipe that will make a great midnight snack or a great sharing snack.

1x Naan bread (any kind will do I always go for coriander naan bread)
1x Napolina tomato sauce wth herbs pizza topper
5x slices of salami/chorizo (or any toppings you like)
Sliced Mushrooms (optional)
Handful of grated cheese

Step 1:
Take the naan bread and put into the microwave for 30 seconds and once done put it to the side. Also pre heat your oven at 220°c.
Step 2:
Prep your veg, meats and cheese. Once the naan bread has cooled down take the pizza topper and with a spoon spread it over the naan bread.
Step 3:
Sprinkle half of the cheese on the base then add your meat and veg, then sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Once done place your naan bread pizza onto a tray and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 4:
After those 15 minutes take the naan bread out and happily dig in.
