PMc's Buttermilk Pie

Buttermilk Pie is a Southern classic dessert. Economical and simple to make with a creamy not overly sweet flavor. It's a classic and stood the test of time for a reason, one try and you'll be hooked.

1 1/2 c sugar
1/4 c all-purpose flour
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c buttermilk
3 eggs, room temperature
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 refrigerated pie crust.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out pie crust in 9 inch pie pan. Meanwhile, mix together sugar, flour, butter, buttermilk, eggs and vanilla until well combined. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees...
