Polenta Bites with Tomato Chutney

For the polenta

4 1/4 cups water
1 -14 ounce can coconut milk
2 teaspoons mild curry powder
1 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups yellow cornmeal
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped

For the chutney
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon fenugreek powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 green chili's, chopped
1 garlic clove, grated
8 medium tomatoes, cut into quarters
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped plus more for garnish
