A tasty smoothie packed with antioxidant pomegranate juice, fruit and flax seeds.

¾ cup whole strawberries (fresh or frozen)
¾ cup blueberry
¼ cup sugar free pomegranate juice
1 teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon flax seeds (optional)
Put everything into the blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with fresh blueberries, a straw and enjoy!
