2 Tbs. vegetable oil
3 lbs. pork loin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 onion, diced small
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbs. flour
2/3 c. pomegranate juice
1/3 c. packed light brown sugar
1/4 c. pomegranate vinegar
1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
4 buns
3 lbs. pork loin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
