5 c flour + some for dusting
1½ tsp yeast
1½ tsp sea salt
2¼ c cold water
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
Toppings:
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 cup Pecorino Romano cheese, grated
3.5 ounces porcini mushrooms
