Easy and tastey pork chops that make their own BBQ style sauce as they bake.

4 pork chops, 1 inch thick
salt and pepper to taste
4 thin onion slices
4 thin lemon slices
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon ketchup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season chops well with salt and pepper. Place chops in a baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. On top of each chop put and onion slice, then a lemon slice and top with a tablespoon of brown sugar and then 1 tablespoon ketchup.
Bake covered for one hour. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
