1 pork tenderloin-cut into 1 inch slices
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons butter-divided
8 ounces baby portobello mushrooms-sliced
3 green onions-thinly sliced (whites and greens)
2 garlic cloves-minced
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup sherry
2 tablespoons thyme-minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese-shredded
