Looking for a good recipe for my pork chops, I came across this and absolutely loved it.. I love when I find new recipes and this one will definitely be repeated in my house!

1-2lbs Boneless Pork Chops (mine were 1.31lbs thin sliced)
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
2 tblsp Flour
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 Bellpepper --> Deseeded, chopped & diced
1 Jalapeno Pepper --> Deseeded, chopped & diced
Half a jar of Picante Sauce - Medium --> about 8 oz
1 can Chicken Broth
1 tblsp Cumin
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
2 tblsp Flour
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 Bellpepper --> Deseeded, chopped & diced
1 Jalapeno Pepper --> Deseeded, chopped & diced
Half a jar of Picante Sauce - Medium --> about 8 oz
1 can Chicken Broth
1 tblsp Cumin
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Rinse your meat and cut into 2 inch pieces.
Heat a large skillet and spray with Olive Oil Cooking Spray.
