Easy pork recipe that is delicious with whipped potates

1 lb Pork Tenderloin
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 C Whole wheat flour (white flour can be substituted)
1 small onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 C Butter
1tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp worcestershire
8 oz chicken broth
Preheat oven to 350 Slice tenderloin into medallions Salt and pepper both sides Coat in flour, set aside Melt butter in 8" skillet Add onion, mushrooms, and garlic and cook until onion is tender Stir in vinegar, worcestershire, and chicken broth Bring to a boil Reduce heat to medium-low and add pork Lightly brown pork on both sides in the gravy Place meat and gravy in a baking dish Bake 30 minutes
