8 large portabella mushrooms
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound ground turkey
1 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 medium sweet onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced (1 teaspoon minced garlic or ¼ teaspoon garlic powder)
Dash crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon pizza seasoning
1 (15-ounce) can organic, no-salt-added tomato sauce
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
2 ounces grape tomatoes (about 8) quartered
Sea salt or kosher salt, to taste
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
