1/2 lemon

1. Boil the potatoes. 2. Once cool peel them. 3. Cut the potatoes into medium cubes. 4. Chopped the fresh onion and add to potatoes. 5. Add oil, salt and juice of half a lemon.

Here is a quick and easy jerk prawns skewers recipe that can be done in less than ten minutes. They can be paired with a soup, salad, pasta, rice to name a few.

200 grams of prawns
1 Tbsp of jerk seasoning from (Grace foods)
dash olive oil

In a salad bowl, put the spices on your prawns with the oil and salt.

Blend everything with your hands or a wooden spoon.

Let it rest for at least 30 min (optional).
