It is a potato stuff withcoconut

potatoes [boiled 500 grams ]
Fresh coconut [1 cup grated ]
Bread crumbs [5 to 6 slices ]
red chili powder [1 tea spoon ]
Amchur powder 1 table spoon ]
Garam masala [1 tea spoon ]
sugar [1 table spoon ]
Cashews [chopped half a cup ]
coriander leaves [chopped 2 table spoon ]
Raisins [2 table spoon ]
Oil to fry
salt to taste
Fresh coconut [1 cup grated ]
Bread crumbs [5 to 6 slices ]
red chili powder [1 tea spoon ]
Amchur powder 1 table spoon ]
Garam masala [1 tea spoon ]
sugar [1 table spoon ]
Cashews [chopped half a cup ]
coriander leaves [chopped 2 table spoon ]

Oil to fry
salt to taste
Mash the boiled potatoes when hot
Add the bread crumbs and salt
Mix well to form the dough
Mix all the ingridients in grated coconut
make balls of potatp dough
Keep ball one by one on your palm and press with other hand to make space to stuff the coconut masala
lock it properly and check it so that they do not break while frying
Take a frying pan and pour oil in it
When oil is heated fry rolls till golden brown
Take a serving tray and lay the rolls on it
Garnish it with remaining coconut masala
serve with green chatni
