Honey mustard marinated chicken dipped in crushed pretzels baked until crispy with extra honey mustard sauce for dipping! This will be an instant family favorite!

2 large chicken breasts, halved width-wise to make 4 breasts
2 cups pretzels (I used pretzel sticks)
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
3 Tbsp yellow mustard
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp honey
3/4 tsp salt
