Tender pulled pork cooked in crockpot then mixed with caramelized onions and topped off with homemade coleslaw. Simple & delicious meal that you can set up and let it cook on its own all day. Served with Sweet Potato fries w/Maple Mustard Dipping Sauce.

2 Onions
2 Cloves, Garlic
Water (enough to cover pork)
8, Whole Cloves
S&P
1 Cup, BBQ Sauce *your favorite kind
1 Tablespoon, Olive Oil
