Pulled Pork Tacos with Fresh Mango Salsa

These are quick and easy and a perfect way to use up leftover pulled pork. If you don't have any pork on hand you can also make these with rotisserie chicken!

8 oz fresh mango, diced (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
juice of 1 lime
1 lb cooked pulled pork
1/2 package taco seasoning (I used Trader Joe’s)
8 small flour tortillas
