Pulled Pork Wonton Cups with Dr Pepper Glaze

Mini wonton cups filled with pulled pork, drizzled with a Dr Pepper glaze.

For the wonton cups:
24 wonton wrappers
Non-stick cooking spray
Salt
For the pulled pork:
1 (1.5-2 pound) pork tenderloin
Salt and pepper
1 (12 oz.) can Dr Pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1-2 tablespoons prepared Thai peanut sauce
For the Dr Pepper glaze:
1 (12 oz.) can Dr Pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons cornstarch + 1 tablespoon water
For garnish:
Sliced green onions
