Chocolate chip cookie crust filled with a no bake pumpkin cheesecake is so dreamy and delicious!

1 ( 16 ounce package chocolate chip cookie dough )
1 ( 8 ounce cream cheese, softened )
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
3 cups Cool Whip ( divided )
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
