Pumpkin Cranberry Banana Bread

This bread is so moist, almost cake-like and a perfect way to use up leftover pumpkin, cranberries and bananas.

1 1/2 C. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. softened butter
1 C. pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
1/2 C. cranberry sauce
1 C. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 banana, mashed
