1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp homemade pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs
2/3 cup water
nutella frosting:
1 cup (2 sticks) butter ( softened )
2 cups powdered sugar
pinch salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup nutella
