Delicious pumpkin muffins that are better for you, if you don't add the chocolate chips. But I couldn't resist!

1 15oz canned pumpkin
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
optional: 3/4 cup chocolate chips (I added this, but it makes it not as good for you...)
1/3 cup oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Heat the oven to 350 degrees and grease the bottom of a muffin tin.
In a large bowl, mix pumpkin, oil, eggs, vanilla, and brown sugar.
