1 cup reduced sugar almond milk
1 scoop sugar-free vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup of oats I used old fashion
1 apple deseeded
1 banana
1-3 dates pitted
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
