These bars taste just like pumpkin pie. Top it off with some whipped cream and serve it along Thanksgiving dinner.

1 1/3 C. flour
1/2 C. packed brown sugar
3/4 C. granulated sugar (I used Coconut sugar )
3/4 C. cold butter
1 C. oats
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
15 oz. canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
