Pumpkin Roll

A great pumpkin dessert perfect for the fall and holidays.
(cake)
1/4 c powdered sugar (to sprinkle on the towel)
3/4 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves (I didn't have cloves so I just used about 1/4 tsp of pumpkin spice)
1/4 tsp salt
3 large eggs
1 c sugar
2/3 c pure pumpkin puree
1 c walnuts, chopped (optional - I didn't do walnuts)
(filling)
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 c powdered sugar (sifted)
6 TBS butter/ margarine (soften)
1 tsp vanilla
powdered sugar (for decoration-optional)
1/4 c powdered sugar (to sprinkle on the towel)
3/4 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

For the Cake:
1. Preheat the oven at 375.
2. Grease a cookie sheet then line with wax paper. Then grease and flour the wax paper.
