Pumpkin Spice Cornbread is the ultimate comfort food for fall. It has the bite of cornbread with the sweetness of pumpkin. Perfect.

1 tbsp shortening
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1/2 cup pumpkin
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
