Pumpkin Streusel Coffeecake

Light fluffy extremely easy coffee cakemade cake made without eggs or oil.

Cake:
1 box caramel cake mix
1/2 cup water
1 15oz can pumpkin

Streusel topping:
2 tbsp butter (softened)
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350° Mix cake mix, water and pumpkin until well blended. Spray a 9" spring form pan and add mixture to pan. Using a fork mix butter, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Top cake with mixture and bake at 350° for 35-40 mins until a tooth pick comes out clean. Serve warm.
