Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

delicious pumpkin cookies sandwiched with a cinnamon cream cheese frosting

For the cookies:

6 Tbs butter, softened
1/3 c sugar
1/3 c brown sugar, lightly packed
1 egg
1/4 c pumpkin
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c + 1 Tbs all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

For the frosting:

3 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbs butter, softened
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbs milk
2 c powdered sugar
