2 large eggs
½ cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas), finely ground in a food processor
2 tbsp golden flax meal
¼ cup tapioca flour
5 tbsp sundried tomatoes, finely chopped
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
