Quenta's Pumpkin Cookies

1/2 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnut pieces
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnut pieces
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Cream together butter and brown sugar.
Add egg and vanilla.
In a separate bowl mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and then add to the above mixture.
Add pumpkin and mix everything together.
Mix in raisins, walnuts and chocolate chips.
Drop dough on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 14 minutes.
Variations could include doing a cream cheese drizzle by mixing together some cream cheese and powdered sugar and after they have cooled down either frost or drizzle them.
