16 ounces elbow macaroni
4 ounces ground Chorizo sausage
1 large jalapeno, seeds removed and diced
1/2 cup red pepper, diced
1/4 cup yellow onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1 1/2 cup fat free milk
1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cup colby jack cheese, shredded
4 ounces ground Chorizo sausage

Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and return to pan.
