Quick and Easy Cashew Chicken

This recipe is a snap to make, and is sure to be a hit with the whole family! We like cashews, but you can substitute other nuts if you prefer.

1 Tbsp oil
4 stalks celery, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in chunks or strips
6 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup cashews (or other nuts of your choice)
3 cups Hot cooked rice
Cook cubed chicken in a skillet with the oil till golden brown and cooked through. Set aside. Add celery and onion to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, or till crisp tender. Add chicken back into the pan....
