Quick and Easy, Delicious Breakfast Pizza

Hash browns covered in egg, ham, cheese, onions, tomatoes, and Mushrooms. Its perfect for serving guests at breakfast or brunch!

1 Bag of frozen hash browns 30 oz
6 large eggs
1/4 cup of milk
1 cup of chopped breakfast meat (Bacon, Sausage, or Ham, depending on what you like)
1/4 cup of sliced scallions
1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup of chopped Tomato
1-2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 1. Spread out the Hash browns on a large baking sheet 2. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with the milk 3. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the Hash Browns 4. Sprinkle the meat, scallions, mushrooms, and tomatoes over the hash browns 5. Sprinkle the Cheese evenly 6. Bake for 12-18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. 7. Let cool for 5 minutes, slice, and enjoy
