Quick and Easy, Delicious Fried Rice

Who doesn't like fried rice? Especially when its easy and quick to make!

3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
4 cups of cooked rice (follow the directions on the bag)
1/cup of diced onion
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 already scrambled egg
3/4 cup of chopped ham
1 cup of your choice of frozen vegetables
3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
1 Tablespoon of Soy sauce
2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar
1. Add the oil into a large frying pan. Make sure the pan is evenly coated, and put over high heat 2. Give the pan a few minutes to heat up, and then add the rice. Stir continously to keep the rice from burning 3. Add the onion, garlic, egg, ham and vegetables. Keep stirring 4. Add the teriyaki, then the soy, the Lemon juice, and the brown sugar 5. Stir the rice for 5 more minutes over high heat. 6. Turn off the heat and let cool for a couple of minutes
